About This Project

This project is a real-time auction management system built specifically for live events such as charity auctions, exhibitions, and corporate functions. The system is optimized for display on large LED screens, allowing audiences to clearly view auction items, current bids, and real-time updates.

Administrators can manage auction items, upload PDF brochures, and control the auction flow through an intuitive interface. For each item, the system automatically generates a QR code that participants can scan to access detailed information, including images and brochures, directly on their mobile devices.

Participants can submit bids digitally, while the system ensures real-time synchronization of the highest bid displayed on the main screen. This enhances engagement, transparency, and efficiency during live auctions.

The solution reduces the need for manual coordination, minimizes errors, and creates a more interactive and modern auction experience for both organizers and participants.
